2023年第17届自然语言处理与知识工程国际会议（以下简称“NLP-KE 2023”）将于8月12-13日与第九届IEEE云计算与智能系统国际会议（CCIS 2023）同期在大理举办。
NLP-KE 2023现面向全球征集稿件，邀请作者提交报告原创和未经发表的高质量论文。所提交论文须使用英文写作。标题长度不得超过125字（包含空格）。论文页数为5-6页，每位作者最多可提交5篇。论文模板同CCIS 2023：https://ccis2023.casconf.cn/。
经会议审稿后录用的稿件将由IEEE出版，符合IEEE标准的会议论文可纳入IEEE Xplore数字图书馆。优秀论文将推荐至大会合作的清华大学学报：Tsinghua Science and Technology，ICN：Intelligent and Converged Networks等期刊。

二、投稿要求
（一）论文未曾在国内外杂志或会议上发表；
（二）稿件写作必须使用英文，并严格按照模板要求进行排版；
（三）所有论文采用网上投稿，请于2023年6月20日前将论文投至投稿系统，投稿主题选择NLP-KE 2023，网址链接：https://ccis2023.casconf.cn/；
（四）论文页数要求：5-6页。
三、出版检索
本次会议征集的所有文章将由程序委员会严格审核，所有录用论文将收录至会议论文集，并提交IEEE Xplore在线数据库检索，挑选出的优秀论文扩充内容后可推荐至检索期刊。
